Authorizes the appropriation of funds for the prosecution of the comprehensive plan of development of each of the following river basins: (1) Alabama-Coosa River Basin, $5,000,000; (2) Arkansas River Basin, $1,000,000; (3) Brazos River Basin $14,000,000; (4) Mississippi River Basin, $22,000,000; (5)Missouri River Basin $59,000,000; (6) North Branch, Susquehanna River Basin, $32,000,000; (7) Ohio River Basin, $18,000,000; (8) San Joaquin River Basin, $61,000,000; and (9) South Platte River Basin, $3,000,000.
