Summary
Provides that any agreement between air carriers for controlling competition or regulating services, equipment or facilities shall be disapproved by the Civil Aeronautics Board. Provides for approval of such agreements for 180 days when substantial irreparable injury may result to the public or the air carriers. (Amends 49 U.S.C. 1382 (b))
