Directs the Secretary of the Interior to extend 19 listed water contracts in Idaho, unless a non-federal party to the contract objects, until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the two-year period beginning on the date on which the contract would expire but for this Act; or (2) the date the parties execute a new contract.
