Summary
Amends the National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978 to specify that the $23,000,000 earmarked for land acquisition for the Pinelands National Reserve, New Jersey, be made available from the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act to allocate from such fund moneys for such purpose.
