Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary) to convey to the Weyerhaeuser Corporation specified Federal lands and mineral interests in Arkansas and Oklahoma, if Weyerhaeuser offers deeds of title that convey specified amounts of land to the United States. Provides for the exchange of oil and gas interests. Provides for a specific portion of the land conveyed to the United States under this Act to be administered by the Secretary in accordance with the laws and regulations pertaining to the National Forest System. Provides for a specific portion of the land conveyed to the United States under this Act to be managed by the Secretary of the Interior as a part of the Cossatot National Wildlife Refuge. Requires that the boundaries of the Ouachita National Forest be adjusted to encompass lands conveyed to the United States under this Act upon acceptance of this Act by the Secretary.
