Summary
Amends the Water Resources Research Act of 1964 to authorize the additional appropriation of $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1978 for grants by the Secretary of the Interior for water resources research projects. Amends the Saline Water Conversion Act to extend the appropriation authorization through fiscal year 1978. Authorizes the appropriation of $5,025,000 for fiscal year 1978 to carry out the purposes of such Act.
