Summary

Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to assign to the Attorney General for disposal under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act such surplus real property, previously utilized for Federal court purposes, as is recommended by the Attorney General as needed for court and law enforcement use. Provides that the Attorney General, subject to the disapproval of the Administrator, may sell or lease such real property for court and law enforcement purposes to any State, political subdivision, instrumentalities thereof, or municipality.
