Summary
Ending China's Unfair Advantage Act of 202 3 This bill prohibits the expenditure of federal funds to implement the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer until the agreement is amended to remove China from the list of developing countries . The bill also prohibits the expenditure of federal funds to support the operations and meetings of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change until China is moved to the list of high-income countries that have more specific commitments regarding national plans, reporting, and assisting low-income countries.
