Summary

Arc of Park Capitol Grounds Improvement Act of 1993 - Authorizes the Architect of the Capitol to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the improvement of the U.S. Capitol grounds resulting in an "arc of park" from Second Street, Northeast, to the Capitol Reflecting Pool to First Street, Southeast, with the Capitol Building as its approximate center. Sets forth provisions relating to applicable local law with respect to construction and operation of any improvements of the Capitol grounds and the responsibilities of the Architect of the Capitol for the structural, mechanical, custodial care, and maintenance of the facilities constructed thereon. Authorizes appropriations.
