Summary
Title I: National Native American Advisory Commission - National Native American Advisory Commission Act - Establishes the National Native American Advisory Commission to foster government-to-government relationships between the United States and Native American governments. Authorizes the Commission to secure necessary information from any Federal department or agency to enable it to carry out this Act. Authorizes appropriations. Title II: Repeal of Certain Provisions of Law - Repeals specified provisions of Federal law with respect to the operation of Indian programs.
