Summary
Title I: Program Support - Authorizes appropriations for FY 1984 for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to carry out executive direction and administration duties, marine services and aircraft services. Title II: Selected Ocean and Coastal Programs - Authorizes appropriations for FY 1984 for NOAA to carry out its duties for ocean research, ocean services, and mapping, charting, and geodesy. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1984 and FY 1985 for ocean dumping research and for duties under the National Ocean Pollution Planning Act of 1978. Title III: Pay Increase Authorization - Authorizes appropriations to NOAA for increases in salary, pay and other employee benefits authorized by law.
