Summary
Permits immediate retirement, with entitlement to a reduced annuity, for an employee separated from the Civil Service while his agency is undergoing a major reduction in force and who is serving in specified geographic areas, if such employee has completed 25 years of service, or is 50 years of age and has completed 20 years of service. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8336 (d))
