Summary
Stanley Cooper Death Benefits for Court Security Officers Act Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to include a court security officer under contract with the U.S. Marshals Service within the definition of "public safety officer" for purposes of public safety officers' death benefits. Makes this Act applicable with respect to any injury sustained on or after January 1, 2010.
