Summary

Judicial Conference in the Sunshine Act - Requires meetings of the Judicial Conference of the United States, including committees, subcommittees, and advisory committees, to be open to public observation. Applies such rule to at least those meetings at which a rule of practice and procedure or proposed legislation is considered or at which policy is analyzed which will substantially impact the legal profession, the public, or an employee of the court. Directs the Judicial Conference to establish appropriate rules of procedure to implement such requirement. Permits either House of Congress to disapprove a proposed rule by resolution within 180 days after it is reported to Congress by the Chief Justice.
