A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to permit immediate care services provided by an immediate care facility to be paid for thereunder in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions as are applicable to the payment for such services when provided by hospital, to amend title XIX of such act to require that such services be included among the services covered under a State plan approved under such title.
