Summary
Authorizes the appropriation of $3,000 for each Sioux Indian man, woman, or child who suffered death or was wounded in the massacre of the Sioux Indians at Wounded Knee Creek on December 29, 1890. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to investigate and report to Congress by November 30, 1975, and show the names, sex and approximate age of each Sioux Indian who qualifies for such payment. Specifies that such sum shall be paid to those persons or their heirs. Allows the Secretary to pay the amount found due to any living survivor in monthly payments.
