Summary
Racially Neutral School Assignment Act - Declares that no student shall be denied the right to: (1) be free from purposeful segregation and discrimination by school authorities in his or her assignment to a public school; and (2) have his or her assignment to a public school determined in a racially neutral manner. Authorizes aggrieved persons and the Attorney General to bring actions in Federal court for violations of this Act.
