Summary
Provides, under the Airport and Airway Development Act, that the United States share of allowable project costs payable on account of any approved airport development project may not exceed: (1) 50 percent for airports which enplane not less than 1 percent of the total annual passengers enplaned by air carriers certificated by the Civil Aeronautics Board; and (2) 75 percent for airports which enplane less than 1 percent of the total annual passengers enplaned by air carriers certificated by the Civil Aeronautics Board and for sponsors of general aviation or reliever airports.
