Summary

Grand Canyon Quiet Technology Implementation Act - Amends the National Parks Air Tour Management Act of 2000 to treat an air operator based in Clark County, Nevada, or at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport as having met certain requirements for quiet aircraft technology with respect to commercial air tour operations over national parks and tribal lands under such Act, if such operator meets other specified requirements with respect to minimizing aircraft noise over such areas. Exempts an air operator that meets such requirements from certain operational flight allocations. Provides for the reinstatement of any air tour route from Clark County, Nevada, to the Grand Canyon National Park Airport, Tusayan, Arizona, that has been eliminated or altered on or after a specified date.
