A bill to amend section 8e of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, to provide that when papayas produced in the United States are made subject to any regulation with respect to grade, size, quality, or maturity, imported papayas shall be made subject to the same regulation.
