Summary

Amends the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with the city of McCall, Idaho, the State of Idaho, and other appropriate local entities, to participate in the planning, design, and construction of permanent facilities to reclaim and reuse wastewater from the McCall Wastewater Treatment Plant. Allows the Secretary to make grants up to 50 percent of the total costs for the design and construction of such facilities. Prohibits the funds from being used for facility operation and maintenance. Authorizes appropriations.
