Summary
Provides that members who belonged to the Reserve of an armed force before August 16, 1945, shall be eligible for retirement pay provided they performed active duty after August 13, 1961, and before May 31, 1963, or after August 4, 1964, and before March 28, 1973, or provided they performed at least 20 years of service after August 15, 1945. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 1331-1333)
