Summary

Court Consistency in Communications Act of 1997 - Amends the Federal judicial code to grant the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia exclusive jurisdiction to review determinations made with regard to local and long distance network telecommunications agreements under the Communications Act of 1934. Grants the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit exclusive jurisdiction of appeals of such reviews. Provides the same review and appeal authority in any case in which a State communications commission makes such a determination.
