Provides credit under the Civil Service Retirement Act for periods of separation from the service of civilian employees of the United States of Japanese ancestry during World War II. Requires an application to be filed within one year after enactment of this act to be eligible for such increased benefits. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 1076)
