Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw and segregate ten percent of the funds appropriated to pay a judgment in favor of the Delaware Tribe of Indians and the Absentee Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma. Directs the Secretary to prepare a roll of those persons born on or prior to October 3, 1972, and who have a lineal ancestor appearing on the registry filed pursuant to the Treaty with the Delaware Indians. Specifies the procedure for the enrollment of applicants. Directs the ten percent of the above segregated and withdrawn funds be distributed to the Kansas Delaware Tribe of Indians, for the purpose of payment of its costs and attorney's fees. Directs that 90 percent of those funds be distributed per capita to those persons enrolled as detailed above.
