Summary
Relinquishes and conveys to the city of Douglas, Wyoming, all right, title, and interest of the United States (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior) in land that: (1) was subject to a right-of-way that was granted to the predecessor of the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company and which right-of-way the Company has conveyed to the city; and (2) is located within the boundaries of the city or between the right-of-way of Interstate 25 and such city limits.
