Summary
Revenue Sharing Amendments - Revises the formula for allocation of funds to States under the State and Local Assistance Act of 1972. Provides that State governments shall be entitled to one-third of the funds allocated to that State, plus or minus another percentage based on the comparable direct general revenues of the State and its local governments and the direct general revenues of all State governments and all units of local government in all States. Revises the amounts for the maximum and minimum per capita entitlements.
