Summary

Consumer Product Safety Commission Reauthorization Act of 2003 - Amends the Consumer Product Safety Act to extend through FY 2007 the authorization of appropriations for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Authorizes CPSC to hire and maintain a full-time equivalent staff of 471 persons in each of FY 2004 through 2007. Revises provisions relating to an Executive Director, a General Counsel, and certain Associate Executive Directors for various CPSC Offices.
