Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to undertake a study of the need for water storage projects in northeastern Texas. Requires that such study be in accordance with specified provisions of the National Water Supply Policy Act of 1980 and include consideration of treatment facilities, regional connection systems, and interconnection of existing and proposed projects. Authorizes appropriations to carry out this Act.
