Summary
Illegal Boycott Prosecution Act of 1991 - Amends the Federal criminal code to: (1) establish penalties for knowingly violating provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (EAA) with respect to foreign boycotts; and (2) require the Secretary of Commerce to promptly inform the Attorney General of any information within the possession of the Department of Commerce relating to a possible violation of such provisions. Amends the EAA to require the Secretary to promptly inform the Attorney General of any such information.
