Summary

Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Act - Establishes a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Board. Directs the Board to establish and administer a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Program, under which it makes annual awards to: (1) elementary schools and secondary schools, in accordance with specified criteria; and (2) elementary and secondary students, at its discretion both as to the appropriate time and as to whether it uses certain other award programs as models. Requires thee Board to provide for appropriate participation by Members of Congress in presentation of such school and student awards. Establishes in the Treasury a Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Arts Education Awards Trust Fund. Authorizes appropriations.
