Summary
Federal Deposit Insurance Protection Act - Amends the National Housing Act to set forth permitted business and investment activities for Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation-insured institutions. Requires compliance within three years unless otherwise extended by the Corporation. Prohibits such an institution from investing in or holding obligations or securities not rated in one of the four highest categories unless the Corporation so permits. Directs the Corporation to prescribe related investment regulations.
