Summary
Small Business Regulatory Information Act of 1981 - Requires each executive agency to publish in the Federal Register the standard industrial classification (SIC) code for the industry to which each newly proposed or promulgated rule applies. Directs the Director of the Federal Register to establish in the Office of the Federal Register a Small Business Information Center which, upon request, shall provide a listing of the rules which apply to industries within a specified SIC. Requires each agency to amend all of its rules to include the appropriate SIC codes within five years.
