Deems any individual who performs functions or activities of a Federal agency or Government corporation which is carrying out responsibility for resolving insolvent financial institutions and who is under the direct supervision of any officer or employee of such agency or corporation to be an employee of such agency or corporation for purposes of Federal financial disclosure requirements and conflict of interest laws.
