Summary

Lower East Side Tenement Museum National Historic Site Act of 1995 - Designates the Lower East Side Tenement Museum at 97 Orchard Street, New York, New York, as a National Historic Site. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the Site with donated or appropriated funds, to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Museum designed to assure preservation and interpretation of the Site, and to acquire properties owned, operated, or used by the Museum. Authorizes appropriations.
