Summary

Title 18 Uniformity Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal criminal code to: (1) increase the dollar amount used to distinguish between grades of various offenses triggering more severe punishment from $100 to $1,000 (from $500 to $1,000 for forging endorsements on Treasury checks, bonds, or securities of the United States); and (2) decrease from $10,000 to $1,000 the amount of property damage resulting from the use of a hazardous or injurious device on Federal land that is punishable by a specified fine and up to ten years' imprisonment.
