Summary

United States Marshals Service Improvement Act of 1995 - Specifies that any individual who, on the date of this Act's enactment, is a U.S. marshal to whose appointment the Senate has given its advice and consent, shall continue to serve for the remainder of that term, unless removed by the President. Amends the Federal judicial code to provide for the appointment of U.S. marshals for each judicial district of the United States and for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia: (1) by the Attorney General (currently, the President); and (2) from positions in the competitive service in the U.S. Marshals Service.
