Summary
Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to authorize the Administrator of General Services to assign to the Secretary of the Army for disposal certain surplus real or personal property for use in the development, improvement, or operation of a public harbor, including property needed to develop sources of revenue from nonmaritime businesses. Requires that the deed of conveyance of disposed property provide that the property shall be used for the purpose for which it was conveyed or revert, at the Secretary's option, to the United States.
