Summary

Declares that specified periods of imprisonment or involuntary detention of a named individual while such individual was employed as a civilian contract pilot for the Agency for International Development shall be considered active service in the Marine Corps for purposes of: (1) veterans' benefits under the Social Security Act; and (2) military retired pay determination. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay such individual a specified sum in full satisfaction of any claims for back pay during such period of imprisonment or detention.
