Summary
Native Hawaiian Manpower Act - Declares, under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, that Congress finds serious unemployment and economic disadvantage in Hawaiian native communities. Includes native Hawaiians in Hawaii in Federal programs to administered to remedy such economic disadvantage. Defines "Native Hawaiian" to be any individual whose ancestors were natives of the area prior to 1778.
