Summary
Deauthorizes the Oahe and Pollock-Herreid units of the Pick-Sloan Missouri River Basin program, South Dakota. Authorizes appropriations to develop or construct the priority projects of the South Dakota Water Management System. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to report to Congress on the potential use of certain nonpriority projects of the South Dakota Water Management System. Includes, for purposes of this Act, the CENDAK project within the South Dakota Water Management System.
