Summary
Amends the Federal Employees Pay Comparability Act of 1990 to: (1) make General Schedule employees working in any metropolitan statistical area eligible to receive interim geographic adjustments regardless of the number of General employees working in that area; and (2) authorize the U.S. Attorney General and Secretary of the Treasury to grant special pay adjustments to law enforcement officers of their respective departments working in geographic proximity of an area designated to receive such an adjustment in cases where such officials determine serious pay inequities exist.
