Summary

Hawaii Fair Wage Act of 1993 - Prohibits the President from suspending the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act within the State of Hawaii in response to the national emergency caused by Hurricane Iniki in September 1992. Directs the President to amend a specified Proclamation (relating to the suspension of the Davis-Bacon Act within a limited geographic area in response to the national emergency caused by Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki) to eliminate all references to the State of Hawaii and Hurricane Iniki.
