Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Army to convey lands previously acquired by the United States for the Candy Lake project in Osage County, Oklahoma. Directs the Secretary to give first right of purchase to previous owners of such land. Provides for: (1) notification to previous owners; and (2) disposal otherwise in accordance with the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949.
