Summary

Amends the Federal criminal code to direct the Federal Bureau of Investigation to request Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies to report promptly to the Bureau and the Secret Service all arrests or other incidents involving the possession or use of a firearm in the vicinity or expected vicinity of the President or a Presidential candidate, under circumstances that do not exclude the possibility that the firearm might have been for the purpose of a Presidential assassination.
