STRONGER Patents Act of 2017

Summary

Support Technology and Research for Our Nation's Growth and Economic Resilience Patents Act of 2017 or the STRONGER Patents Act of 2017 This bill makes several changes to the patent law, including the procedures that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office uses to conduct administrative patent validity reviews.
