Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to study specified lands in the Mendocino National Forest, California, and depicted on a map entitled "Snow Mountain DeFacto Wilderness Area" for possible inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System. Requires the Secretary to report his findings to the President within two years after the date of enactment of this Act. Authorizes appropriations of such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
