Summary

Amends the Reclamation Project Act of 1939 to provide that if the classification or reclassification of lands by the Secretary of the Interior as to the irrigability and productivity of such lands results in an increase in the outstanding construction charges or rate of repayment on any project, the Secretary shall amend the repayment contract to reflect such increase.
