Summary

Includes as creditable service for Federal pension purposes, the service of an employee to a Member of Congress during a break in the service of such Member provided: (1) the Member was a presidential candidate and not a congressional candidate at the time the Member was separated from service; (2) such presidential candidate was not elected President; and (3) such employee served such Member for six years before and six years after the break in service and during the entire break.
