Summary

Provides that Japanese-Americans who were placed in internment camps during World War II in accordance with the policy of the United States with respect to persons of Japanese ancestry and in the interests of national security, shall be credited for civil service retirement purposes with the time they spent in such camps. (Adds 5 U.S.C. 8332(1))
